The Brewing Science Symposium (BSS) aims to pay talented and innovative speakers for their work, provide useful presentations for brewers and scientists to explore, and create a practical discussion of science and technology in fermentation. 

This symposium is run entirely by volunteers and donations. Any and all profits will be donated to Women’s International Beer Summit.
